A classic carved shell cameo depicting a Victorian lady with a diamond heart pendant (.005ct SI2,J)  is set in a 10 Karat yellow gold twist bezel with fleur de lis bail. The pendant hangs on a 20" fine rope chain.  Measures 1 3/8" long including bail x 5/8". Marked 10K Esemco on back of bail. Very good vintage condition.
