U.S. / DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Shipping is $5.95 for items under $500, and free for items over $500.
We ship via USPS, which includes insurance and a tracking number for all orders within the U.S. The tracking number will be automatically e-mailed to you after the order is sent out.
Our standard shipping services are First Class. We will ship within 1-3 business days of receiving cleared payment.
After we receive payment, you can typically expect your item(s) in 3-7 business days if you are a customer from the US.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is $21.95 on all orders.
We ship international orders using USPS First Class International. This service does not offer tracking information. International First Class packages typically takes 2-4 weeks, but can take up to 6-8 weeks, depending on the custom's process in your country. Sometimes packages may be randomly held for inspection, and we have no control over these agencies nor their activities.
Please note - some countries may charge import taxes, customs, and fees. Before purchasing, please be familiar with your countries' import policies. Antique Jewelry Love is not responsible for these fees.
We are an honest and lawful regarding items values on customs forms. Please do not ask us to alter these values.
Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from AJL and to love it as much as we do. We understand that sometimes buying from pictures just isn't the same as trying something on. Any item purchased from AJL can be returned as long as it is in the same condition as it was when delivered from AJL.
Please contact us within 3 days of receipt to discuss return or exchange. The item must be shipped fully insured and returned to us within 7 days of receipt with it’s original box and packaging in order to receive a full refund less any shipping and fees. Antique Jewelry Love is not responsible for return shipping and insurance charges and/or fees.
Altered and custom order items are final sale and are not eligible for return, however if you are unhappy with a custom order contact us, and we will work with you to make it right.
Items that were purchased with a payment plan over 30 days are not eligible for return, but will be given store credit.
International items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

At AJL we use our vast knowledge to date each piece based on the materials, construction techniques, hallmarks and/or signatures, style and context. While dating and authenticating are not an exact science, we determine them to the best of our ability based on our knowledge, experience, and resources available.
Some of our pieces are mounted in a way that makes it difficult to determine a precise stone grading. Diamonds and colored gemstones that cannot be removed from their vintage settings without harm are evaluated in their mountings using industry-standard measurements and formulas. Unless certified by an independent lab and noted, stone gradings are done by a GIA gemologist. Jewelry descriptions and all carats weights stated represent approximates; Mounted stones are graded only insofar as mounting permits. Most colored gemstones (rubies, sapphires and emeralds) are treated to enhance their beauty. If the treatment is not permanent and beyond industry standard, and/or requires special care, it will be disclosed. All diamonds shown on our website are natural, untreated diamonds, unless noted. We cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the item color, as the display of color depends on the type of computer monitor you are using.
Pieces could go out of stock before we’re able to remove them from the site. Should this occur, we will notify you. We make every attempt to only show our users correct information. From time to time inaccurate data may be displayed due to system error.
Our jewelry is sold in as is condition. Jewelry, like all material, is susceptible to damage and requires preventative measures and maintenance. It is important to be aware of your jewelry while wearing it and to choose pieces that are appropriate for your lifestyle. We recommend removing all jewelry, especially rings, in situations when abnormal contact is expected.
