Lady's Victorian 14 Karat rosey yellow gold garnet ring.  The rich red oval cabachon garnet is set in a simple, classic, 6 prong crown setting.  The garnet measures 9.7 x 7 mm , and the ring is a size 6.75.  Circa 1890's.  The garnet does have some abrasions on the surface seen under 10x.
